Rita is a dedicated full-time real estate professional specializing in residential real estate both new developments and resales in Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero. Her focus is on Country Club and Waterfront communities.  She has been a consistant performer and measures her success by the satisfaction of her clients.  When they become repeat customers or send her referrals she knows she has done her job!

Rita has spent almost 20 years in real estate, 12 years here in Naples and before that in the Washington D.C. area.  She is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors and has her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation as well as Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and most recently completed the Technology Designation e-PRO.  Rita was born and raised in Europe and speaks German and French.  She graduated from the University of Maryland in 1978 with a B.S. in Business Administration.  She enjoys fitness, biking, swimming, volunteering and time with family and friends.  Rita competes annually in the Naples Fitness Triathlon and her goal is to stay competitive in her age group!!
